Water Damage Estimates

Water projects have you drowning in overdue estimates? Send us your mitigation project information and we will provide you with a professional Xactimate estimate according to IICRC standards with your logo and company information.

Are you a third-party or network contractor? Third-party contractors that are on insurance networks often are required to have their own, unique logins for Xactimate and Symbility. We can still help! We can prepare your estimates under your profiles, according to your third-party agreements and upload them directly to the networks you are on.

Pricing Information

Pricing for all water damage mitigation estimates are 1.5% of the final estimate total.

An initial $100 non-refundable deposit is required to get your project started. The deposit is included in the final billing amount.

All water damage mitigation estimates come with 5 free revisions. Each revision request beyond the initial estimate and 5 free revisions will require a $25 non-refundable deposit. The $25 excessive revision deposit may be waived at Restore Estimators, LLC's discretion.

All initial estimates will come with Restore Estimators' watermark on each page of the PDF file. The watermark will be removed and the final estimate will be sent with both the PDF and ESX files upon receipt of payment for the final invoice.

1. Final Estimate Total after Settlement: $5,000.00

- 1.5% of estimate total: $75.00

- Initial deposit of $100.00

- Secondary invoice billing: $0.00 as initial deposit covers

- Total Amount Billed: $100.00

2. Final Estimate Total after Settlement: $10,000.00

- 1.5% of estimate total: $150.00

- Initial deposit of $100.00

- Secondary invoice billing: $50.00

- Total Amount Billed: $150.00

3. Final Estimate Total after Settlement: $50,000.00

- 1.5% of estimate total: $750

- Initial deposit of $100.00

- Secondary invoice billing: $650.00

- Total Amount Billed: $750
