  • Send us your Eagleview, Hover, 360, or in-house roof/siding report and we will create precise roof/siding replacement or repair estimates using industry standard Xactimate line items.

  • All estimates come with your company logo and information on the estimate.

  • Includes up to 5 free revisions.

Pricing Information

  • Pricing for all roof & siding estimates are 1.5% of the final estimate total.

​

  • An initial $100 non-refundable deposit is required to get your project started.  The deposit is included in the final billing amount.

​

  • All roof & siding estimates come with 5 free revisions.  Each revision request beyond the initial estimate and 5 free revisions will require a $25 non-refundable deposit.  The $25 excessive revision deposit may be waived at Restore Estimators, LLC's discretion.  

​

  • All initial estimates will come with Restore Estimators' watermark on each page of the PDF file.  The watermark will be removed and the final estimate will be sent with both the PDF and ESX files upon receipt of payment for the final invoice.

Pricing Examples:

1.  Final Estimate Total after Settlement: $5,000.00

     - 1.5% of estimate total: $75.00

     - Initial deposit of $100.00

     - Secondary invoice billing: $0.00 as initial deposit           covers

     - Total Amount Billed: $100.00

2.  Final Estimate Total after Settlement: $10,000.00

     - 1.5% of estimate total: $150.00

     - Initial deposit of $100.00

     - Secondary invoice billing: $50.00

     - Total Amount Billed: $150.00

3.  Final Estimate Total after Settlement: $50,000.00

     - 1.5% of estimate total: $750

     - Initial deposit of $100.00

     - Secondary invoice billing: $650.00

     - Total Amount Billed: $750
